A note about kids

We welcome the children of our students – some are old enough to join us in class, and some are so new that they sleep in a car seat while their parent practices.  If you’re unsure whether it’s appropriate to bring your child, just consider whether they can be still and quiet enough for the length of a class period so as not to disrupt others as they practice.

If you have a 5 to 7 year old, you might consider trying the Yoga for Kids workshop.
