Yoga for Kids - 6-11 year olds

Stretch! Breathe! Move! Participants in Yoga for Kids will have fun as they learn ways to connect with their bodies and calm their minds in a non-competitive environment. Children will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and movement related to different themes. 
Nancy is an elementary school teacher and a Budding Yogis Kids Yoga Certified instructor. Nancy teaches playful, age-appropriate yoga allowing children to develop awareness of their bodies and minds. Nancy has practiced yoga herself for nearly 20 years and enjoys sharing poses and mindfulness with children.
